• John started his aviation career as an A&P final function test mechanic on the DC10, while flight instructing on the weekend. Eventually hired by a part 121 airline as a flight engineer, first officer, and check engineer. 
• From there he moved to a part 91 corporate operation where he worked until 2004 when he started his company.
• Over the past 20 years he has worked with part's 91, 135, 121, 139 and now 145 operators,  adopt, implement and manage their SMS. He also worked as a QMS auditor with an advanced SMS credential from ISBAO. 
• He holds a BS in Aviation Transportation, BS in Psychology with graduate work in education and human factors and continues his education by attending seminars and training programs.

• Val handles the administrative and managerial aspects of the operation and assist with training curriculums and manuals. She is an educator, published writer and Jeopardy smart, and holds a BA and MA in Anthropology.

• Mack Davisson is our designated project manager on larger projects and supports our web based programs and technical side of our video platform. A graduate of Chapman University with a degree in film, Mack has extensive organizational and production experience.   

• Ron Fleming is our go-to expert in all things related to OSHA, SMS, QMS, EMS and a dozen other technical standards related to industry. He holds a masters degree in safety management. 

• The beauty of having built a long and distinguished list of friendships over the past 40 years means we have access to SME's, Chief Pilots, DOM's, investigators, regulators and human factor experts who are available to us anytime we need them. It's about doing our best to improve safety in flight and maintenance operations.
